The type B apartment is the most spacious of the single floor apartments on Caracola. The apartment measures 79m2 and includes two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large open plan living style is designed to make the most of the sea and mountain views, with two pairs of sliding doors from the lounge area, as well as access from both bedrooms onto the large 46.8m2 wraparound terrace. The two apartments on each floor at the front of the block are the jewel in the crown of the resort as they offer the best sea views, from the largest terraces available.

Construction will be to the highest standard in accordance with stringent building regulations and comes with a 10 year building guarantee. Each apartment will have a fully fitted kitchen (including white goods) as well as climate control air conditioning systems and all other furniture*.
