Foreign property values 'ever-increasing'

Overseas property values are showing ever-increasing price rises, it has been reported.
The increases come amid decreasing house values in the UK which make foreign property a particularly appealing investment, according to David Stanley Redfern.
It says property abroad is maintaining substantial capital appreciation as well as high rental yields.
Margarita Island property appears an especially attractive investment opportunity, as it is the only Caribbean island outside the hurricane belt and its property prices are expected to rise significantly in the next two to five years, it adds.
Property website nubricks.com recently suggested Margarita Island property investment can be half the price of properties in other Caribbean locations.
Those with Margarita Island property investments may have noticed the Venezuelan island has been in the news this week.
Prensa Latina website reports Andrés Izarra, Venezuela's minister of communication and information, has announced Margarita Island will play host to a large number of foreign government ministers for a convention to be held in July.
