The purchase of a Punta Perla property is split into three simple stages:

2. 30% Deposit (Minus the reservation fee)
3. Remaining 70% balance of purchase price

Taxes and expenses on the conveyance of real property are approximately of 4.4% of the market value of the property*

Mortgages for the 70% balance are available, secured on the property.
